These Terms are an agreement between you and Stem-In-Me LLC ("we", "us"), the seller and operator of AGROBET. By using AGROBET you agree to these Terms.

The service: AGROBET is an educational agriculture and enterprise learning game with lessons, board play, verified matches and educator tools.

Accounts: keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be of legal age or have a parent, guardian or school acting for you, and give accurate information.

Acceptable use: do not use AGROBET unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (malware, probing, scraping, bypassing access controls or plan limits).

Ownership: AGROBET — its software, lessons, game rules, documentation and branding — was developed jointly by Stem-In-Me LLC and Agrichi Group, who are joint owners of its intellectual property. Stem-In-Me LLC sells and operates AGROBET on behalf of both. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. No reverse engineering, resale or redistribution.

Game points: points in your wallet are game points only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or paid out.

Payments: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. If you cancel a subscription, access continues until the end of the paid period.

Service level: we work to keep AGROBET available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGROBET is provided "as is" without implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension: we may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse. When access ends, your saved progress may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Changes and law: we may update these Terms and will post changes here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Stem-In-Me LLC is registered.
