Stem-In-Me LLC operates AGROBET and is the data controller for personal data collected through it.

What we collect: your name or display name, email address and sign-in details; learning progress, play-test and feedback you submit; verified match results and points; basic usage data (pages and features used, anonymous session IDs); technical error reports (no personal details).

Why: to create and run your account and provide the service (contract); to keep it secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests); to improve lessons and the game (legitimate interests); to answer support requests (contract); and to meet legal obligations.

Sharing: hosting and infrastructure providers that run AGROBET; Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing; professional advisers; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention: we keep account data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights: depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. We respond within one month. Where data is transferred internationally we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Security: we use encryption in transit, access controls and role-based permissions to protect your data.

Cookies and storage: we use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and save game progress. We do not use advertising cookies.
